Shipping policy

Our monthly boxes are set to ship at the end of the month. For example the March box will ship by the end of March. For our quarterly boxes they will ship at the end of the third month. For example the May-July box will ship by the end of July. Otherwise, the estimated ship date is always posted on the product, and our "Shipping Updates" page is updated frequently. 

Our boxes will ship with USPS or UPS. Every shipping option will be tracked and insured. You should receive your package within 5-7 business days of mailing. We cannot guarantee a delivery date, however please see our refund policy if you haven't received your order in an excessive amount of time. 

International shipping on any order will ship with DHL unless you are located in Canada. Monthly subscription boxes will ship with DHL in Canada but USPS first class international will be offered for lower weight packages. It is tracked, and you will receive your package within 5-7 business days NOT including any time it takes to pass through customs. Eternal Embers Book Shop, LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, duties or taxes upon arrival in your country.  If you chose to bulk ship with multiple people, Eternal Embers Book Shop, LLC will only be responsible for the safe delivery of products to the address on the order. We cannot guarantee a delivery date, however please see our refund policy if you haven't received your order in an excessive amount of time. 

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, volume, distance and destination. You will receive a free shipping quote at check out when you fill-in your address if shipping is not included. 

You will receive an email notification as soon as a shipping label has been created. Make sure to add contact@eternalembersbookshop.com to your contacts in order to receive the email in your inbox and not spam.
